Nights 6pm - 6am (alternating schedule)
May sort, load, unload, check and inspect. Instructs and directs one or more Assistants. Keep necessary records, reports rejects and failure patterns. Works to sketches, diagrams, drawings, written and verbal instructions. Acts to maintain the integrity of processes and final product quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- The ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- The ability to read and interpret assembly prints and basic blueprints.
- Responds appropriately to system, process, or material problems
- Performs required inventory functions (e.g. inquiries, updates, transactions, certs)
- Follows SOP's & SOC's using correct materials and tools
- Performs required tasks for product changeover and startup
- Previous experience in the operation of high volume manufacturing equipment and the use of common hand tools.
- Set-up machine
- Understands all job hazards, demonstrates safe behaviors
- Performs other duties as assigned
