TASKS:
- Point of contact for our associates, with a focus on hourly worker personnel, for all issues related to the employee's lifecycle and payroll, such as time management, labor issues, taxes, and social security.
- Management of the payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat.
- Preparation of certificates and certificates, collection of personal data and management of personnel files.
- Monitoring of legislation, laws and various agreements in the field of personnel.
- Support in the day-to-day operations of HR- and personnel administration tasks related to hiring, onboarding, training plans, recruitment, performance & development.
- Support of general management and personnel management in controlling, reporting, statistics and personnel cost budgeting.
- Back-up of the HR assistant, especially in the case of salary settlements of employees.
- Administrative support of the management in the field of industrial relations (administration works council and delegation).
- Support of the management in various administrative and secretarial tasks.
