General Scope of Responsibilities

• Support the day to day use of JD Edwards
• Work with users to improve ERP system utilization
• JDE Implementations

Duties:

• Provide end user support
• Drive JD Edwards system utilization improvements by working with users to understand the business processes
• Train users
• Develop reports to provide users with timely information
• Document business requirements
• Configure and implement JD Edwards applications to meet business requirements
• Manage JD Edwards solution regression testing.
• Special projects as assigned

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 10 to 15 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience in Manufacturing, supporting Shop floor, Product Data Management, Distribution, MRP/CRP, Inventory, and Scheduling / planning.
• 10 years of experience documenting Business requirements
• Proven ability to learn and understand business processes
• JDE implementation experience
• Comfortable in the use of Oracle PL/SQL
• Knowledge of the JDE Database table structure and relationships

• Excellent analytical trouble-shooting skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Effective collaboration with users, team leaders and management
• Proven supervisory and project management skills

Additional Desired Experience / Skills:

• Experience with Cognos Analytics Reporting
• Experience with the JDE Procurement and Sales Order Processing / EDI
• Experience with OMW for debugging

**This position requires 20% travel to enterprise locations.
